Idle does not collect any data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.
Your sessions, streak, reflections, and settings are stored only on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. This information never leaves your device, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
Idle offers an optional one-time purchase, Idle Pro. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
If you allow notifications, Idle may schedule a single optional daily reminder. These notifications are generated and delivered on your device by iOS. No notification data is collected or transmitted.
The app itself makes no network requests for analytics or tracking. The only network activity is standard, Apple-operated App Store communication required to process and restore purchases.
Idle is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we collect nothing from children either.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
