Hi! Pomi is made by one person. Here are quick answers to common questions, and an email if you need a hand.
Pick a length from the row of pills at the bottom (5, 15, 25, 45, 60, or 90 minutes), then tap Start. Pomi will close its eyes and breathe along with you until time’s up.
Yes. Pomi tracks time using the system clock, so locking your screen or switching apps won’t pause anything. When the session ends, you’ll get a notification (if you allowed them) and your minutes will be added when you reopen the app.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Pomi and make sure Allow Notifications is on. If you denied permission when first launching the app, this is the only place to re-enable it.
Not yet. The current version of Pomi only shows today’s focused minutes, which reset every midnight. A history view is on the roadmap for a future update.
Entirely on your device. Pomi doesn’t use accounts or servers and never sends your data anywhere. See the privacy policy for full details.
